I cannot say enough wonderful things about Animal Clinic & Hospital of Jersey City! My one-year-old cat, Max, recently had his neutering surgery here, and the entire experience was exceptional. From beginning to end, the staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, attentive, and supportive. It is clear that they genuinely care about the animals entrusted to them and the people who love them. Their warmth and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Max was treated with such care, and I felt reassured knowing he was in capable and compassionate hands. The kindness and attention we received truly made a difference. I am so grateful to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of my little guy! I've had a wonderful experience with Animal Clinic & Hospital of Jersey City. What stands out to me most is how welcoming everyone is and the genuine care they show toward both their patients and their owners. Luna Velvet genuinely enjoys coming here, and as a pet parent, that means a lot to me. The team takes great care of her, makes her feel comfortable, and consistently provides excellent customer service. I also want to recognize the entire team who assisted us during our recent visit. Joshua, our technician, was wonderful, Kristine at reception was welcoming and helpful, and Dr. Shalia Imbert-Miranda was fantastic. She is a wonderful addition to the team, and I appreciated her professionalism, kindness, and approach to Luna's care. I also appreciate the little touches and new ways the clinic continues to make the experience more welcoming and enjoyable for its clients. Those details make a difference and show that the team cares about the overall customer experience. Thank you to everyone for making us feel welcome and for taking such great care of Luna. This clinic provided great service for my cat. He had been super nervous but started to relax after realizing no one was going to hurt him. They even cleaned his ears for me. We loved this clinic!

The staff and doctors are always a pleasure very kind and patience with my cats and will definitely recommend.

The staff & the veterinarians are very compassionate & knowledgeable, you can tell that they love what they do . For anyone who needs a veterinarian they should go here they are the best!!

I have been going to this office for well over 20 years. Dr. Buchholz and his staff are phenomenal. The staff is courteous and professional Dr. Buchholz is amazing. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and honest. His years of experience are invaluable. I trust him 100%.

I highly recommend this Animal Clinic & Hospital of JC. They take very good care of your furbabies. It never failed with me. I had two cats before my current cat and they were well taking care of by the Animal Clinic. Thank you for taking care of my cat Lucky.
