FOURTH REVIEW I Love this place the ladies in the front desk are always polite and they all have Great Customer Service!! The tech Valerie was great with my Zina!! THIRD REVIEW The staff in the front are so welcoming and polite and friendly from check in to checkout the techs and doctors are awesome I Love this place for my BABY she’s in great hands Thank You!! I needed a same day appointment and I was put in wait list and was called and was able to get my fur baby in it happen twice So i Truly APPRECIATE ALL THE STAFF THEY ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! “Second Review “ On Feb 12, I went to take my doggie to get spayed, they were great !! As soon as I walked in the tech was awesome I think his name was Charles, I was sad but Charles said she’s in good hands and explained everything before I left. When I picked up my Zina, Charles discussed everything I needed to know about her meds and what to expect the next day , they called me Thursday, Friday and Saturday to make Sure my Zina was Good! They care about our babies They Are AMAZING !!!You Can Trust Them with our Babies!!!! THANK YOU DR. JIMENEZ FOR DOING THE SURGERY N TEETH CLEANING!! First new visit with my doggie from check in to check out everyone was polite and professional I was so happy with Dr. Jimenez she answered all my questions and Valerie the tech was so nice everyone went above and beyond. I definitely recommend this Animal Clinic and Hospital!

Our dog Prancer is a healthier, happier dog, thanks to the care and expertise provided to her by Animal Clinic and Hospital. They have been providing her shots, exams, and treatment and care for over 10 yrs, and are always friendly, competent, and professional. Fairly recently, our dog developed a condition that required very intense treatment and monitoring. The outcome was uncertain, and of course we were very worried. ACH walked us through every aspect of the process, managed our expectations, and went above and beyond to accommodate our dog's needs during her treatment. We are thrilled to say the treatment is a huge success, and our dog has been restored to a normal state, with her strength and energy, and appetite restored. Thank you ACH for helping us continue to enjoy our beloved family member. We are grateful. We cannot overstate the value of having such a great team to rely on for our pets' needs!

We walked in on Weekday morning, without an appointment (not recommended), with our very sick cat who wouldn't eat and just vomit. Receptionists at the clinic initially refused citing we needed an appointment, but then took us in. Dr Buchholz and team took very good care of our cat, explained to us all the probable underlying causes for our cat's condition, and gave us some medications to solve the issue at hand. I specifically liked how they didn't try to upsell us on anything like scans, blood work, some fancy medicine/food, (unlike other vet places we have been to) etc. 2 days later, our cat is doing so much better. Really grateful for the team at this clinic. Nothing but 5 stars! [Aug 2026] Updates since our last visit a year ago: This is still our vet clinic. Our 16 years old cat is still thriving thanks to Dr Buchholz who takes very pragmatic (but also rooted in data) approach to intervening. Very kind Dr and staff at this place, and still very reasonably priced.

Penny was in great hands at the Animal Clinic & Hospital of JC. I called with my concern and the staff was able to accommodate us with an appointment the same day. The Doctor and assistant was knowledgeable and attentive to my fur baby needs. Thank you!
